How long is delivery?
If you are buying an art object listed in the shop, each piece is carefully prepared and shipped within 2–5 working days. Please note that rare delays outside of our control can occasionally affect delivery times. If you are working on a custom order, delivery times will be discussed with you when enquiring.
Where do you ship?
I ship to the UK but please contact me if you would like me to arrange overseas shipping.
How much is shipping?
Since each piece or edit may differ in size and weight, shipping costs are calculated per product. You’ll see the exact shipping fee at checkout based on your chosen piece and destination! To arrange a return, just contact me through the form on my website, and I’ll guide you from there.
What packaging do you use?
I use eco-friendly packaging, carefully chosen to reduce environmental impact. Each piece is wrapped in recyclable materials—such as paper-based cushioning and biodegradable fillers—so your art arrives safely and sustainably.
What is your returns policy
I accept returns within 14 days for any reason. If the piece doesn’t quite fit, you can return it in its original condition, though return shipping isn’t covered for a change of mind. If it arrives damaged, I will absolutely cover the return. I want you to love your art, and I’m always here to help! Do you offer gift wrapping?
Every piece is always thoughtfully wrapped as standard, so it’s ready to delight—and if you’d like extra gift wrapping or a personal note, I’m happy to add that touch!
Do you take custom orders?
Absolutely! I welcome commissions—provided they align with my brand and artistic style. If your idea fits that creative direction, I’ll be thrilled to work with you to craft something unique!
How do I care for my art?
To keep your piece looking its best, display it out of direct sunlight to prevent fading. Maintain a stable environment—avoid extreme heat or dampness. Typical room temperature is perfect. A gentle dusting now and then will keep it fresh—no harsh chemicals needed!
Can I see the art before purchasing?
