Released as part of Edit 01: Pocket Ballerinas, Penny forms part of Hannah Elizabeth’s debut collectible series inspired by movement, theatre and memory. Every piece hand signed and dated.
Nestled beneath a glass dome, Penny captures a fleeting moment of movement suspended in time. Hand-crafted with delicate layers of soft blush tulle, painted details in pink and florescent pink and of course finished with a pair of glittered ballet pointes and signature florescent rosey cheeks. This piece balances nostalgia with quiet theatricality, like a tiny scene lifted from a dream.

Whilst these pieces are specifically suited as a gift for an adult ballet dancer or dance teacher, they also make lovely gifts for young dancers and ballerinas, however, they are delicate glass art sculptures meant for display, not play, so please handle with care.
How to care for your art object
To keep your piece looking its best, display it out of direct sunlight to prevent fading. Maintain a stable environment, avoid extreme heat or dampness. Typical room temperature is perfect. A gentle dusting now and then will keep it fresh, no harsh chemicals needed!
